minors are simply not mentally developed enough to decide to be cis. all cis minors should be put on HRT and blockers immediately before starting puberty, they can decide to be cis after they turn 18.
i understand it seems harsh but minors are simply too stupid to decide this for themselves and the effects of puberty are irreversible so you have to go through the one that you know is going to want to make you kill yourself. for jesus
